The Essentials Collective is Olive & Eden's quarterly giving initiative, providing essentials packs to homelessness charities. Corporate clients can participate through built-in donations or optional pledges alongside catering orders.
Yes - full payment is required in advance to confirm all orders.
Once your details have been agreed, we'll send payment instructions. Orders are not confirmed or scheduled until payment has been received.
This allows us to prepare fresh ingredients and allocate production time with confidence.
Changes may be possible depending on notice and availability.
