What's your minimum booking number?

Our minimum booking number is 4 guests for all of our experiences.

For other events, we kindly ask that you enquire with us at hello@oliveandeden.co.uk

Do you provide setup?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for our experiences we generally require 1 hour to setup, however, this may vary depending on the size of your event.

For corporate and private events, setup is dependent on whether you have requested a drop-off and go service, or an on-site styled service.

Do you provide collection?

Please note, we do not currently offer collection.

If you have booked one of our experiences, we will confirm collection of our equipment with you, ahead of finalising your booking with us.

Can dietary requirements be accommodated?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we will always endeavour to accommodate dietary requirements wherever possible.

Please note, our food is prepared in an environment where all 14 major allergens are present.

Do you offer recurring or corporate catering?

Yes, we welcome enquiries for:

- Recurring office catering
- Corporate meetings and events
- Gifting and partnership enquiries

What is The Essentials Collective?

The Essentials Collective is Olive & Eden's quarterly giving-back initiative.

Corporate clients can participate through built-in donations or optional pledges alongside catering orders.

Do you require payment in advance?

Accepted Answer

Yes - full payment is required in advance to confirm all orders.

Once your details have been agreed, we'll send payment instructions. Orders are not confirmed or scheduled until payment has been received.

This allows us to prepare fresh ingredients and allocate production time with confidence.
