Because our food is prepared to order, the following applies:

More than 72 hours' notice:​

Orders may be cancelled or amended with no charge.​

Between 48-72 hours' notice:​

50% of the order value may be charged.

​

Less than 48 hours' notice:​

The full order value will be charged.

This policy applies to all orders, including corporate catering. 

If exceptional circumstances arise, please contact us - we will always aim to be reasonable where possible.
