Orders & Availability​

• ​All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

• We reserve the right to decline or amend orders where necessary, with communication provided as soon as possible.

Ordering & Lead Times​

• ​Standard orders require a minimum of 72 hours' notice.

• Larger or bespoke orders may require additional notice.

• Short-notice requests are subject to availability and not guaranteed.

Pricing & Payments​

• All prices are provided at the time of confirmation.

• Payment details will be supplied once your order is confirmed.

• Orders are not confirmed until payment is received, unless otherwise agreed.

 

Allergens & Dietary Requirements​

• Our food is prepared in an environment where all 14 major allergens are present.​​

• Full allergen information is available via our online allergen matrix.

• Customers are responsible for reviewing allergen information and informing us of any dietary requirements at the time of ordering.

Liability​

• Olive & Eden cannot accept responsibility for adverse reactions where allergen information is provided and requirements were not disclosed in advance.

• Responsibility for food safety transfers to the client once delivery has been completed.
